The week is a long, tedious occurrence. Late-nights and early wake-ups are certainly not a good combination, and in your sleep deprivation-induced thought processes, you begin to question life in great philosophical detail. Things like, ‘Why do I do this?,’ ‘How do I do this?,’ and ‘Why is Friday so close to Monday and Monday so far from Friday?’ starts to cloud your brain. However, if you are a car and racing nut like I am, the sleep deprivation causes you to begin to wonder things (especially after the conclusion of the Nurburgring 24 Hour race) about what a racing driver sees out of his eyes.
So when this video popped up in my YouTube timeline, although there were sandbags under my eyes, and my eyes themselves looked as if a crazy woman had sprayed me with mace, my week was made with this; a ten-minute video of Leh Keen’s point of view while driving a stint in the N24. I hope you can pull yourself out of the all-consuming trance caused by a lack of sleep and enjoy this video. Oh, and did I mention that it’s at night?
